Verified users message the HYDW WhatsApp line to see device status, offline stores and a brand summary, and receive the daily playback report and the brand device report as PDF or Excel. Answers only cover the brands the user is authorised for.

- Two-factor authentication: authenticator app, WhatsApp code, passkey (Face ID / fingerprint), recovery codes
- Permissions by brand and module; users of one brand never see another
- A complete audit trail kept for 365 days: who changed what, and when
- Account lockout after failed sign-ins; verified e-mail and WhatsApp required
- Music files are delivered via signed, expiring links
