How it works
Unbox, plug in, play
- We prepare it. The device is fully configured with your store’s programme and licence.
- It arrives by courier. You open the box in your store.
- You connect three cables. Power, audio (jack) and network (ethernet). Music starts within minutes.

What sound system does it connect to?
The box connects to your amplifier, active speakers or sound system through a standard audio (jack) output.
Does it work on Wi-Fi?
We use a wired (ethernet) connection for uninterrupted playback. Special cases can be discussed during setup.
What if something goes wrong?
The box reports to the dashboard regularly. If it goes silent your contacts are alerted and our team works on the device remotely; you can also reach us 24/7 on WhatsApp.
